Tom Pickens is the Sr. Pastor and Founder of Antelope Valley Christian Center, affectionately known as “AVCC”. He is also the Founder of Victory Christian Center located in Victorville, California, pastored by Al Zorn and was glad to assist in the launch of “Life of Victory Christian” pastored by LaMarcus Keys, in Oxnard, California.
January of 1980 Pastor Tom accepted a teaching position at Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma for Kenneth Hagin Ministries, for three and one-half years. In 1983, he joined the ministerial staff at Crenshaw Christian Center with Apostle Fred Price, where he served in dual positions as an Assistant Pastor and as Dean of the School of Ministry. In January of 1992 Pastor Tom pioneered Antelope Valley Christian Center in Lancaster, California which grew rapidly.
Pastor Tom is happily married to Donna and together they are blessed parents of two daughters and one son, and are enjoying being proud grandparents and living life to its fullest!
