Seniors (Seen-Years)
The Senior’s ministry - exists to enhance the lives of AVCC's married and single senior (60+) adults. Come and enjoy a Christ-centered setting where you can develop lasting friendships, strengthen your faith, and stay active! Our Tuesday morning Bible study meets every Tuesday at 10:00 am. This study of God’s Word is dynamic and interactive and the fellowship is amazing (attended by all ages, but highlights senior’s fellowship).
We do special outings throughout the year to popular Southland destinations.
Local happenings include such activities as bowling, quarterly Birthday brunch and our annual Miniature Golf Tournament competing with other churches in the area. For those who love to make a joyful noise unto the Lord, there is a senior’s choir that provides special music during Sunday morning services three or four times during the year. Join us with caution because you’ll get addicted to this loving, caring and energetic group.
