Becoming a Member at AVCC

Membership has benefits: Becoming a member is an important step. If you have been visiting AVCC for some time and you feel that this is the place you want to make your home church, we will be so excited to receive you into the AVCC church family.

The process is easy. Simply complete the online membership form [click here] or pick one up at the information table in the church foyer or at the church office. After you have submitted your form, you will be contacted so we can personally give you information about our New Member’s class and answer any of your questions. The New Member’s class is to acquaint you more completely with the ministry here at AVCC. Once completed, we will have a time at a Sunday service to officially welcome you as we extend the right hand of fellowship.

As a member: Your tithes and offerings are a very important part of the support for the various ministry services at AVCC. You are eligible to get involved by becoming a part of the Volunteer Support Ministries and plug in to one or more of so many interesting areas [click here to see the possibilities].

The commitment of membership is a vital element for spiritual growth and development. The commitment is two way—your commitment is an important contribution to the body gathered at AVCC—our commitment to you is to minister the Word of God without compromise, offer meaningful fellowship, and provide spiritual support.
